1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Adsorix, you agree to these terms and all policies referenced within them. If you use Adsorix for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and integrations.
3. Advertiser obligations
Advertisers must ensure campaigns, landing pages, targeting, and claims comply with applicable laws and Adsorix policies. Prohibited content includes deceptive, malicious, illegal, discriminatory, or rights-infringing material.
4. Publisher obligations
Publishers may only place Adsorix tags or API integrations on properties they control or are authorized to monetize. Artificial clicks, incentivized traffic, hidden placements, automated activity, and manipulation of reporting are prohibited.
5. Payments and revenue
Advertiser charges are based on valid billable activity. Publisher earnings are calculated from validated traffic after applicable platform fees, adjustments, taxes, refunds, and fraud deductions. Payment schedules and thresholds may vary by account or region.
6. Intellectual property
Adsorix retains all rights to its platform, software, models, documentation, trademarks, and services. Customers retain ownership of their content and grant Adsorix the limited rights required to deliver the services.
7. Service availability
We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform evolves. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or investigate violations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adsorix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to Adsorix during the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Adsorix may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, legal requirements, security risk, or nonpayment. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.
